General Information, Schedule, and Location
Anyone seeking to develop greater calmness, patience, and mindfulness or exploring the power of consciousness may be interested in this training.
Classes may be particularly of interest to individuals in health professions, management, business, sports, and any areas where the practice and application of these disciplines can provide a deeper understanding of Ki principles and the concept of mind-body unification for the purpose of achievingimproved mental focus, stress management, and physical well being.
Classes will not involve the martial arts and self-defense aspects of Aikido and, thus, are suitable for all regardless of age or current physical condition. Dress may be anything relatively light weight, suitably loose and comfortable. No special clothing, equipment, or materials are required other than perhaps a small cushion, towel, and pencil and notepad.
Beginning April 22nd, the course will be held on Sundays from 4-6:00 p.m.

The charge for one 3-month session is $100. Those committing to the entire 9-month program receive a discounted rate of $245 for all three sessions.
